Can lenders ask for their principal? Is there a maturity date?

Textile credit lines are revolving, meaning capital stays in the pool and can be drawn and repaid continuously — there is no fixed maturity date. However, lenders can redeem their principal according to the pool’s Redemption period.

Redemption Period (chosen by the borrower)

When creating the pool, the borrower chooses how often lenders may redeem their principal: Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Semi-Annual / Annual

The redemption date is calculated as: Pool creation date + redemption interval

Example

  • Pool created: 1st Mar 2026 with a quarterly redemption period
  • Next redemption date: 1st Jun 2026

This date applies to all lenders in the pool.
